Nattokináza

Nattokináza je jedným z mnohých enzýmov derivovaných z potravinárskeho produktu Nattō (varené sójové bôby fermentované pomocou baktérií druhu Bacillus subtilis). Zdá sa, že tento enzým má fibrinolytický účinok (odbúrava fibrin, čím znižuje tvorbu krvných zrazenín). Predpokladá sa, že znižuje riziko kardiovaskulárnych príhod, ale je pomerne nedostatočne preskúmaný.

Užívanie

Na stanovenie optimálnej dávky nemáme dosť dôkazov. Výskumy na ľuďoch zvyčajne používajú dávku 500 mg alebo 5000 FU (fibrinolytických jednotiek) denne. Táto dávka je zvyčajne rozdelená do dvoch samostatných dávok podávaných spolu s jedlom. Použiť sa môže aj samotné Nattō. Protizrážanlivý účinok bol pozorovaný pri dávke 12 g denne užívanej po dobu 2 týždňov.
