Taurín

Pôsobí na: zachovanie celkového zdravia, antioxidačne, protizápalovo,
fungovanie obehovej sústavy

Taurín je organická kyselina obsahujúca síru. Nachádza sa v potrave, najviac v mäse. Pôsobí na srdce a krvný obeh kde môže priniesť celý rad zdravotných výhod. Jeho najznámejšie využitie je pri potláčaní kŕčov spôsobených spaľovačmi tuku (napr. efedrínom).

Užívanie

Účinnosť vykazujú dávky medzi 500-2000 mg, ale aj vyššie dávky sú dobre tolerované. Za hornú hranicu, pri ktorej sa počas života neobjavujú vedľajšie účinky sa považuje dávka 3 g denne.
