Bromelín je enzým extrahovaný z ananásov. Môže znížiť pálenie záhy a pôsobiť proti upchatiu nosa.
Užívanie
Dávkovanie závisí od cieľa, kvôli ktorému sa bromelín užíva. Na pomoc so zažívaním sa štandardne užíva dávka 200-2000 mg spolu s jedlom. Ak sa užíva kvôli iným účinkom, tak sa dávka pohybuje v rozmedzí 200-800 mg a užíva sa medzi jedlami aby sa zabránilo jeho degradácii v žalúdku.
